We deliver our mini skips 7 days a week all through Cairns, including Bungalow, Palm Cove, Smithfield, Yorkeys Knob, Manoora, Manunda, Portsmith, Stratford, Whitfield, Edge Hill, Trinity Beach, Clifton Beach, Kewarra Beach, Edmonton, Mount Sheridan.

While you may have a lot of rubbish to get rid of, environmental and disposal limits mean there are some rules for what can, and cannot, go into our mini skips.

The Do’s and Don’ts of Skip Bins:

GENERAL WASTE (inc GREEN WASTE)

DO

  • Most household general waste including boxes, timber/wood, cabinets/cupboards, carpet, toys, white goods + Garden or landscaping materials including branches, grass cuttings, woodchips/bark, wood and fence palings

Don't

  • Construction waste such as bricks, concrete, dirt/soil, tiles, hazardous items (including asbestos, insulation, paint, gas bottles, empty chemical containers or chemicals)


HEAVY WASTE

Do

  • Household waste, including items from home renos and clean-ups such as bricks, concrete and general waste

Don't

  • Hazardous items (including asbestos, insulation, paint, gas bottles, empty chemical containers or chemicals)


GREEN WASTE

Do

  • Garden or landscaping materials including branches, grass cuttings, woodchips/bark, wood and fence palings

Don't

  • ANY other waste type (USE General Waste to mix General + Green waste)


BRICKS AND CONCRETE

Do

  • If you are using it for this purpose then ONLY bricks, tiles and concrete are permitted

Don't

  • ANY other waste type


CLEAN FILL

Do

  • Dirt, soil and sand

Don't

  • ANY other waste type

We can also remove your old mattresses and old tyres at an additional cost. It is important to remember that hazardous items can NEVER be placed in any of our skip bins.
